IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Silver Producer Recognition Returns Live After Two-Year Halt

After a two-year pause due to the restrictions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Amway Philippines has finally commenced the live comeback of Silver Producer Recognition.

Silver Producer Recognition is a gathering aimed at honoring the hard work and efforts of Amway Business Owners (ABOs) as they reach higher levels in developing their businesses. For the past two years, the established physical ceremony went digital in adjustment to the effects of the global health crisis.

But at last, Silver Producer Recognition put an end to its long hiatus as it marked a monumental face-to-face return on October 20. Held at My Amway Place in Makati, present are the qualifiers coming from different provinces like Pagadian, Dipolog, Palawan, Ilocos Norte and Manila.

Preceding the recognition event, the LGS Team conducted a comprehensive training dedicated to enlightening the attendees on the intricacies of Core Plan and how it connects to Core Plus. This session was designed to provide Achievers with the thorough understanding Amway has to offer, made open to both Silver Producers (SP) and non-SPs who wished to participate.

Moving on to the event’s highlight, a pinning ceremony was initiated, with each SP qualifier receiving a Silver Producer Pin to symbolize their success in achieving a level this far. ABO Achievers were then invited to share their journey from their own struggles and challenges up until their taste of success.

The significance of these narratives extended beyond mere storytelling; they served as a wellspring of inspiration within the Amway business. Budding entrepreneurs and committed ABOs gathered eagerly to listen to these inspiring stories, gaining motivation and valuable insights from the experiences of emerging business leaders.

Afterward, the SP Achievers went on for a celebratory dinner at the Spectrum Raffles, Makati. The night concluded with intimate conversations about getting to know each other and ABOs planning their next goal and strategies—all circled in the comfort of good food and bottles of wine.
